Cancellations, Refunds Policies:
Please leave a message to (service@viaswatch.shop) or Facebook if you have any dissatisfaction with our items, we will reply you within 14 hours, due to the different time zones we may not be able to reply you in time, sorry about that.

NOTE: If you initiate a dispute directly at PayPal without send the email, we will no longer offer you a free resend of your item and will negotiate a partial refund or return for a refund depending on your situation.

Cancel order policy:

If you regret your purchase immediately after, please notify us within 5 hours on Facebook or by email (service@viaswatch.shop) and we will give you a full refund if we have not yet shipped your order.

Refunds Policies:

Our watches are high-quality at this price and are sold for the price of a regular automatic watch, they offer great value for money.If you're going to get a refund because it's not the same quality as the $30K watch please don't order it.

Normally we will check all the functions of your watch when we ship it to make sure it works perfectly before we send it out, but due to the long shipping distance, we can't guarantee that it will be damaged due to drops in transit.

Unlike quartz watches, automatic watches do not work on batteries. Automatic watches are usually in a stopped state when they come out of the counter. After receiving the watch, you first need to wind it fully (rotate the handle clockwise 45 times), after that, as long as you wear it for enough time every day, the automatic tourbillon can replenish the energy to the winding so that the automatic watch can go normally.

1. If you find the hands of the watch fall off after you receive the it, please take a picture to us, we will resend you a new watch for free, or you can get a full refund and you can also keep the original item.

2. If you receive the watch and find that it does not work at all, please take a video of you shaking the watch and proving that it does not work and we will send you a new watch for free, or you can get a full refund and you can keep the original item.

3. If you find the watch has defective such as scratches or color loss after you receive it, and the watch works perfectly, you can apply for a refund, but you need to send the item back to China and to pay for the shipping cost of sending it back yourself; or you can apply for a partial refund from us and you can keep the original item.

4.Our shipping time is usually within 12-18 days, if you still haven't received the items 40 days after your purchase, please email us immediately and we will decide to resend your order or refund you after checking the logistics information.
